The Foundation for Arts Academy Lease Middle Schoolhouse has bought the sometime Washington Schoolhouse on Emmaus Avenue in Salisbury Township to support the schoolhouse, which has been renting the building since it opened in 2012. Effective Apr fourth the Arts University Charter Centre Schoolwill only be offering in-person learning for the residuum of the 2021-2022 school yr. Students will no longer have the option of joining classes almost. If your student is going to be absent for the school day, you will need to send an alibi note to attendance@arts-cs.org to avoid an unexcused absence. Good news! The COVID-xix positivity rate for both Lehigh and Northampton counties has remained significantly low in the last ii weeks. Community transmission rate for these counties also remains in the "low" status. At AACMS, we have had zip reported cases of Covid-19 within our school building. Due to these factors, we are lowering to Tier Level 1 in our Indoor Face Covering Decision Matrix Indoor Face Covering Decision MatrixImmediate changes may be necessary every bit a result of outbreaks within the building. The health and safety of our school community remains at the forefront of our decision-making efforts and we will continue to notify you of changes that are made to our current COVID-19 policies.

Though masking is still being encouraged for all students, faculty, staff, and visitors it is no longer required in the school edifice. 8th Grade Theatre and Literary Media Arts Students
Today, 8th course theatre students joined eighth grade literary media arts in the recording of a fictional podcast. Keep your eyes and ears peeled for the unveiling of "Circled in the Nighttime," by Hugo Yelagin, featuring the on-air voice talents of Hugo Yelagin, Leondre Gudiel, Lila Taylor, and Tomas Ramirez.
